How the setup works

After the signup you'll get a small JavaScript snippet that you place on your site's HTML source code. After the code is in place, you'll start getting the traffic data in real-time.

How the Pro plan cost is calculated?

We'll charge by the volume as follows:

First 50k sessions $10 per 10k

First 100k sessions $5 per 10k

First 1M sessions $3 per 10k

First 2M sessions $2 per 10k

All after 2M $1.00 per 10k

What happens if I exceed the limit?

We'll charge according to the above limits.

What happens if I exceed the Free-plan limit?

You'll be notified by email to upgrade to the Pro plan. If we don't hear from you after repeated attemps then service is eventually stopped.

How do I know my current volume?

Check from Google Analytics. Go to Acquisition > All Traffic > Channels and look for the Sessions column. Remember to use a 30 day time range from top/right.

What do I get with a big volume?

The more traffic you have the faster can iterate and more statistically significant channels you have available.

Is my volume big?

Below 10,000 is common, 100k is a lot, 1M is exceptional.

What happens at the end of the trial?

We'll notify you by email when the trial is about to end. The service continues to work if you have given your credit card. Otherwise, the service is eventually stopped.

Do you have a plan for agencies?

Not currently, but it's on our minds, because we have friends asking this. For now, we only have the Free- and the Pro plan.

Can I pay yearly?

No. We only offer monthly billing at this time.

What if robots spike my bill?

This is not possible. Our system is good at detecting human behavior so robots are easy to ignore.

Do you bill in local currencies?

Currently, we only bill in US Dollars.

What happens if the payment fails?

We'll notify you what happened so you can fix it. If the card is not updated within a month the service is stopped.

Can I get access to my data?

Not yet. In the future, you can access all your data from S3, Backblaze, or similar.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Just hit the cancel button on your account. There's no contract nor penalty.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, and American Express.

Are there any setup fees?

No. It's free.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use multiple backups on varying physical locations, SSL, server hardening, strong hashing, and automatic security patching.
